- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for US$16.95 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. As a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has temporarily suspended its shuttle services. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Food and beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the property only accepts a maximum of 2 dogs weighing up to 22 kg each for an additional fee of USD 75 per night. Resort fee includes: - Parking - Guest Room WiFi - Bottled Water upon Arrival - “Grand Experience” welcome letter with coupons for hotel outlets - Local and Toll Free Calls Self parking is included as part of the resort fee.
